Yes, all products inside your box are certified kosher!
Absolutely! Simply click the Gift button, fill out the address of the person to whom you wish to send IsraeliBox, add your personal greeting words, and we will send them the IsraeliBox in your name!
After you submit payment, you will be redirected to a page that asks for your gift recipient’s name, email address, mailing address, and your personal greeting words.
To ensure proper packaging and quality assurance, please allow 3-4 weeks from the time of your payment!
An email with your tracking number is sent to you as soon as the box is shipped out from our warehouse in Israel. If for some reason, the email didn’t reach you, please contact us: [email protected]
Because we order a specific quantity of items for our boxes — most of which are non-returnable — we cannot offer refunds once orders have been placed.
We do not charge sales tax. You will pay according to what appears on this page (in the good old Israeli direct approach), but specific customs may apply according to your country. Please check with your local customs authority, if you are unsure.
For European Union residents, each item purchased online outside the EU’s borders will be charged the VAT payment customary in your country, starting from the first dollar.

At this point, the VAT charge won’t be through IZZY. Only when the box arrives in your country, you’ll be asked to pay the extra VAT.
