Introducing IZZY
In August 2020, we officially launched IZZY – Stream Israel™, a TV streaming platform exclusively featuring more than 300 hours of Israeli movies, shows, and documentaries for global audiences, for a low monthly or yearly subscription.
We currently offer English subtitles and plan to add more languages in 2022, as we become the go-to destination for Israeli entertainment around the world.

It takes approximately one week for us to go through our evaluation process and provide you with a variety of marketing assets to maximize the success of our working relationship.
As an Israeli startup, we’re all about flexibility — which means we can issue payment via PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or carrier pigeon.
We issue payments every month for the duration of our working relationship with you.
IZZY is a for-profit company because we believe this structure creates optimal accountability, sustainability, and impact.
We’re an independent team of creatives with a shared passion for entertainment and storytelling, through the lens of Israel.
IZZY is led by Josh Hoffman, an “oleh chadash” who moved to Israel from Los Angeles in 2013.

A Note From Our Founder

Founder, IZZY
Once upon a time, I was the least-likely candidate to found IZZY.
Only in 2013, at a time when I was totally disconnected from my Jewish roots, did I visit Israel for my first time on a trip called Taglit-Birthright. (It took my mother five years of nonstop nagging to convince me.)
Halfway through the trip, the then-24-year-old me called my parents to tell them I wasn’t getting on the plane back to the States.
During this trip, I became enamored with the Israeli culture, society, and lifestyle. For the first time in my life, I truly felt like I belong somewhere! So I decided to stay in Israel and build a life here.
The more I discovered Israel and its culture, society, and history, the more I realized Israel is not just the Holy Land or a Jewish state. It’s the land of creation, the land of opportunity, the land of imagination. Only in Israel can you dream up “the Netflix of Israel” and start bringing it to life in just a few months!
Since conceiving IZZY in 2020, I’ve been joined by an all-star team who is hellbent on our mission to enhance the world’s relationship with Israel, because our world is a better place with Israel in it.
